The best ramen I’ve ever had! No exaggeration. The quality of the whole package was exceptional and the dish was certainly very special. It’s clear that so much care and attention went into creating the best flavours and it was so delicious! Pure comfort food that you can come back to again and again. Quick to dish up and extremely satisfying - highly recommend!

Genuinely the best home cooked (and maybe restaurant too) ramen we've ever had. So easy to prepare, and can't wait to try out the other flavours! Well worth a treat every week :)

Tried Slurpped for the first time on recommendation from a friend and what a recommendation it was! It was honestly fantastic. The box is very well put together, all items are packed well, cold on arrival ready for the fridge. It tasted great, the tofu was firm and wonderfully marinated. Fresh garnishing with a Slurpped egg which was amazing! The broth was rich and creamy, packed full of flavour. The smell was making me anxious to get Slurpping but I had to wait for a whole 10-15 minutes because that’s how long it took us to make. I couldn’t really have asked for more! Chef Ollie clearly knows what he is doing and I would be happy to reccomend to anyone who is a seasoned ramen eater or a newbie to this game. Just fantastic.

Only ordered one box, but I will certainly be ordering again. Delivered with ease and great packaging! Food tasted absolutely fantastic! Can’t wait to try one of the other dishes

My poor plating and ramen bowl (or lack there of) aside, what makes this special is how balanced it is, every element complements the others so well, broth and pork of course the stars of the show. Petition to get this on as a permanent menu fixture??

I had been looking forward to the launch for some time, and boy it didn’t fail to deliver! What I really liked was that it didn’t feel like you were compromising on quality just because it was quick and easy to make. The flavours were amazing and certainly left me wanting more. If you’re into ramen, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

Incredible! As someone who can barely cook, I found this experience super easy and enjoyable - the food was unbelievably nice and the portions were generous. Genuinely tasted like I was back in Japan! Would strongly recommend adding the egg to your bowl as this was delicious and cooked to perfection! Wouldn’t hesitate to order again!

Absolutely stunning! Restaurant quality ramen that I can cook at home in 5 mins is such a treat. The chicken broth was rich and full bodied, it was incredibly filling but felt nourishing and healthy. A generous portion for the price, every component had a purpose to the dish and combined was the perfect treat dinner that I could never cook at home. I can’t wait for my next delivery 🍜🫶🏻

MY BOWL, COOKED THE LONG WAY

Hello, I'm Ollie. I've been a chef for fifteen years, and ramen is the dish that never let me go. I fell for it at nineteen and I've been its student ever since. It still teaches me something most weeks.

We built Slurpped here in Bristol, me on the food and Katie on everything that makes it real, so a proper bowl could land on your table on a Thursday night. The slow jobs stay slow in my kitchen so the fun ones are yours: boil the noodles, build the bowl, slurp it like you mean it.

You'll always know where your food comes from, and I'll never send you a bowl I wouldn't sit down to myself.

In every box

What's in the box, and what you do with it

Six things in the box. Here's each one, and where it lands in the bowl.

  • Broth pouch

    Broth pouch

Already seasoned with the tare, so it goes straight in the pan and up to heat.

  • Aroma oil

    Aroma oil

It's kept separate, and it goes into your warm bowl first, so the broth carries it through.

  • Fresh noodles

    Fresh noodles

They come in fresh, so it's a couple of minutes in boiling water and no more.

  • Garnishes

    Garnishes

All prepped and ready to go on as you build.

  • The protein

    The protein

The centrepiece, sliced and ready to lay on top.

  • Recipe card

It walks you through, step by step. 10 minutes, box to bowl.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Do I have to subscribe?

No. Order once whenever you fancy a bowl. If you'd like it regular, subscribing saves you 10%, and you can swap bowls, skip a week, pause or cancel in your account whenever you like.

When will it arrive?

Order by Sunday 8pm. Delivered Thursday or Friday, fresh and insulated, straight to your door. Pop it in the fridge as soon as it lands. If it ever arrives warm, don't eat it. Just get in touch and we'll put it right.

Where do you deliver?

Mainland UK, fresh to your door. We can't deliver to the Highlands, the islands or Northern Ireland just yet, because chilled next-day delivery doesn't reach them reliably.

How long does it keep?

It's fresh, chilled food, so pop it in the fridge as soon as it arrives. Every kit lands with at least three days on the use-by date, so you can plan your ramen night rather than rush it, just eat it within the date on the pack. Not eating it this week? Freeze it, then defrost in the fridge and use it within a day. One thing: the egg doesn't freeze well, so eat that one fresh.
