Cancellation policy

When you're charged. Your first box is paid at checkout. After that: weekly, two-weekly and three-weekly plans renew on Sundays — payment is taken at the 8pm cutoff that locks in that week's delivery. Four-weekly plans renew on the same day of the week you placed your first order, and your box arrives on your next delivery day.

Your delivery day. Thursday or Friday — you pick when you subscribe, and it's your standing day every cycle. Want to switch? Email hello@slurpped.co.uk and we'll change it.

Skip, pause, cancel. Manage everything from your account — no calls, no forms. Skip or cancel before your next renewal and nothing's charged, nothing ships. For Sunday-billed plans, that means before Sunday 8pm.

After a renewal's gone through, that box is already being made — changes take effect from the following cycle.

No lock-in. No minimum term, no cancellation fee. Cancel any time; it ends after any box you've already paid for.

If a price ever changes, we'll email you before your next renewal — no surprises.
