Terms of service
1 · Who we are. Slurpped Ramen Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17149671. Registered office: 80B High Street, Hanham, Bristol BS15 3DS. VAT number GB518076193. General questions: hello@slurpped.co.uk. Order problems: support@slurpped.co.uk.
2 · These terms. Ordering from slurpped.co.uk means you agree to these terms and our Shipping, Refund, Subscription and Privacy policies. You must be at least 18 to place an order.
3 · Ordering. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email to confirm your order is on its way. We make a limited number of kits each week. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll tell you and refund you in full straight away. Orders placed by Sunday 8pm are delivered that week; after cutoff, the following week.
4 · Our food. Slurpped kits are fresh, chilled and perishable. Refrigerate on arrival, follow the use-by date on the label, and cook as the recipe card says. Allergens: full allergen information is on every product page and printed on the label. Always check the label before cooking, as recipes can change. Our kits are made in a small kitchen that handles all major allergens, so traces are possible. If you have a severe allergy, email us before ordering.
5 · Prices and payment. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is charged as set out in our Shipping Policy. Payment is taken at checkout (and on renewal for subscriptions. See the Subscription Policy). If we spot an obvious pricing error on an order, we'll contact you before doing anything.
6 · Delivery. As set out in our Shipping Policy. The kit is your responsibility once delivered, including where it's left in a safe place, and it's yours once paid for.
7 · Cancellations, returns and refunds. As set out in our Refund Policy. Fresh food is exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind right; nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights if something we send isn't right.
8 · Subscriptions. Renew automatically as set out in the Subscription Policy. No minimum term, cancel any time from your account.
9 · If something goes wrong. We're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your rights regarding faulty goods. We supply kits for home use only and aren't liable for business losses.
10 · Events outside our control. If something beyond our control (extreme weather, courier disruption) delays or prevents your delivery, we'll tell you as soon as we can and either rearrange it or refund you.
11 · Your information. Handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
12 · Changes. We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order.
13 · Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Unhappy with something? Email support@slurpped.co.uk first. We fix things fast. Nothing here affects your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
