Everything the bowl needs: a pouch of broth (already seasoned with tare), fresh noodles, your protein, the garnishes, a little aroma oil that goes into your warm bowl first, and a recipe card that walks you through it. Every kit feeds two.

It's fresh, chilled food, so pop it in the fridge as soon as it arrives. Every kit lands with at least three days on the use-by date, so you can plan your ramen night rather than rush it, just eat it within the date on the pack. Not eating it this week? Freeze it, then defrost in the fridge and use it within a day. One thing: the egg doesn't freeze well, so eat that one fresh.

In bold on every product page before you order, and again on the recipe card in your box. One thing worth knowing: we're a small kitchen, and a rotating special means new ingredients coming through it. We handle all major allergens, so we can't guarantee against traces. If you have a serious allergy, please talk to us before you order and we'll give you an honest answer.

The hard part takes us all day. You boil the noodles, heat the broth and build your bowl. 10 minutes, box to bowl. The recipe card walks you through it, step by step. If you can boil water, you'll be fine.

Mainland UK, fresh to your door. We can't deliver to the Highlands, the islands or Northern Ireland just yet, because chilled next-day delivery doesn't reach them reliably.

Order by Sunday 8pm. Delivered Thursday or Friday, fresh and insulated, straight to your door. Pop it in the fridge as soon as it lands. If it ever arrives warm, don't eat it. Just get in touch and we'll put it right.

No problem. The driver leaves it in your chosen safe place. The box is insulated and packed cold, so it'll hold until you're home. If there's a good spot, add a delivery note at checkout.

£4.95, and free on orders over £40, so two kits and delivery's on us.

Your choice: weekly, fortnightly, every three weeks or monthly, as often or as little as you like. Pick your broths, we do the long bit, and dinner turns up. From your account you can swap bowls, skip a delivery, pause, or change your address in a couple of taps. Extras work the same way, and you can subscribe to those too, on their own schedule. And if you'd rather not subscribe at all, one-off boxes are always there.

Any time, in your account, and it takes about a minute. If it's not for you right now, that's completely fine. And when you fancy it again, you can restart your subscription in your account just as easily.

Yes, up to the Sunday 8pm cutoff. Subscribers can make changes in their account; for a one-off order, just send us a message before the cutoff and we'll sort it. After that we've already started on your order, so it's locked in for that week.
