Shipping policy
Collection from Hanham. Collect free from The Slurpped Kitchen, 80B High Street, Hanham, Bristol BS15 3DS, on Wednesday between 12pm and 5pm. Order by Sunday at 8pm for collection that Wednesday. Orders after the cutoff roll to the following week. Bring your confirmation email.
Where we deliver. England, Wales and lowland Scotland, next-day tracked delivery. We don't yet reach the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly or the Channel Islands — chilled food has to arrive next day, and those routes take two or three.
Cost. £4.95 per order. Free on orders of £40 or more.
When it arrives. Order by Sunday 8pm and your kit arrives that week — Thursday or Friday, you pick at checkout. Miss the cutoff and it rolls to the following week.
How it travels. Chilled, never frozen. Insulated liner and ice packs keep everything fridge-cold from our kitchen to your door, with margin to spare.
If you're not in. Our courier leaves your box in a safe place and photographs it. Get it in the fridge as soon as you can.
