Ollie cooking in the Slurpped kitchen
I've been cooking ramen for fifteen years and I still make every batch like it's going to a paying table. If it leaves my kitchen, it's a bowl I'd sit down to.

Questions, answered

Where do you deliver?

Mainland UK, fresh to your door. We can't reach the Highlands, the islands or Northern Ireland just yet, as chilled next-day delivery doesn't get there reliably.

How long does it keep?

It's fresh, chilled food. Into the fridge as soon as it arrives. The use-by date runs to the end of the week, so there's no need to cook it the night it arrives, just eat it within the date on the pack. Freezing works too: freeze it before the use-by date and it'll keep for up to three months, then defrost it in the fridge and cook it within a day. The egg and the spring onions don't freeze well, so keep those out of the freezer.

How does the subscription work?

Your choice: weekly, fortnightly, every three weeks or monthly. Swap bowls, skip a delivery, pause or cancel any time in your account. A couple of taps, no hoops.

How long does it really take?

10 minutes, box to bowl. The hard part takes us all day, so all you do is boil the noodles, heat the broth and build the bowl. The recipe card keeps you right.
