Our chilli oil, in a 40g pot of its own. We fry shallots, garlic and ginger in oil until golden, then pour it hot over gochugaru, smoked paprika, ancho chilli and shichimi, with sesame oil, a little sichuan pepper oil and a lift of yuzu through it. Spoon it over any of our bowls, or over eggs, rice and dumplings. The ingredients and allergens are on this page.

Ingredients: rapeseed oil, shallots, SESAME SEED OIL, garlic, ginger, shichimi togarashi (chilli pepper, BLACK SESAME SEED, WHITE SESAME SEED, yuzu citrus, ginger, seaweed, japanese pepper), red pepper powder, smoked paprika, ancho chilli, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, sea salt, sichuan pepper oil (rapeseed oil, sichuan peppercorn), yuzu powder (dextrin, yuzu).
