I cure these overnight in soy and mirin, so the yolk stays soft and jammy right through the middle. It’s the bit everyone photographs before they eat it. They don’t come in the kit, so add a pack only if you’d like them.

Absolutely stunning! Restaurant quality ramen that I can cook at home in 5 mins is such a treat. The chicken broth was rich and full bodied, it was incredibly filling but felt nourishing and healthy. A generous portion for the price, every component had a purpose to the dish and combined was the perfect treat dinner that I could never cook at home. I can’t wait for my next delivery 🍜🫶🏻

Absolutely fantastic service, product and experience.

Delivery was rapid and all of the ingredients were carefully packaged and presented nicely.

The cooking instructions are well laid out and made so easy to follow. I literally had it unboxed, prepped and cooked within 10 minutes.

The end product was sublime, you can tell that the ingredients and flavours are meticulously selected to provide an unbelievably tasty dish.

Absolutely delicious! This blew me away! I wasn't sure what to expect, but packaging was smart, delivery was spot on, and the recipe card made the whole thing simple even though I'm no chef. The broth had real depth to it, proper roast chicken flavour, not watered down at all, and the chashu and noodles were both top notch. Ten minutes start to finish for something that tasted properly homemade. Definitely ordering again.

Really impressed with this one. The broth had proper depth, clean, golden and packed with roast chicken flavour rather than tasting flat or one-note. The chashu was beautifully tender, the shiitake gave a nice sweet hit, and the noodles were spot on. All that from ten minutes in my own kitchen. Can't wait to work through the rest of the menu.

Absolutely fantastic product! Slick, nicely branded packaging. Easy, user friendly step by step guide then the ramen itself.....Delicious! Depth of flavour from the broth, lovely sweet, umami element from the mushrooms that bring a real difference to the dish. Noodles are very top quality and have a beautiful flavour to them. All in all very good and cannot wait to try the Tonkotsu next!

Where do you deliver?

Mainland UK, fresh to your door. We can't reach the Highlands, the islands or Northern Ireland just yet, as chilled next-day delivery doesn't get there reliably.

How long does it keep?

It's fresh, chilled food. Into the fridge as soon as it arrives. Every kit lands with at least three days on the use-by date, so there's no need to cook it the night it arrives, just eat it within the date on the pack. Freezing works too: defrost in the fridge and use it within a day. The egg doesn't freeze well, so eat that one fresh.

How does the subscription work?

Your choice: weekly, fortnightly, every three weeks or monthly. Swap bowls, skip a delivery, pause or cancel any time in your account. A couple of taps, no hoops.

How long does it really take?

10 minutes, box to bowl. The hard part takes us all day, so all you do is boil the noodles, heat the broth and build the bowl. The recipe card keeps you right.
